Brian Drake, President and Founder of DBR General Engineering, grew up in the grading industry learning the necessary skills and techniques from his father who was also a grader his whole life. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Brian Drake formed DBR in 2012 with the intent to grow into a prime contractor while still specializing in earthwork.

Tyke Blanchard, acquired by DBR in 2014 as Vice President of Operations, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry along with military contracting experience. Tyke’s addition to DBR allows for more experience in contract acquisitions.
